Refunds and Return Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Once your order has shipped you will be contact by email with a tracking# provided by the delivery service. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground and usually arrive at its destination between 4-5 business days. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you by email or phone. Unless a product is backordered, all products will be delivered within 2 weeks. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder and will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. All shipping quotes apply to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. For shipping outside this area please contact us for proper shipping rates. FREE SHIPPING applies to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. Shipping charges will apply to all other regions. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact Hot August Nights.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Defective or Missing Items:
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Re-stock fee is 20%. There is no re-stock fee if you would like to keep a credit on file for a future purchase. All items must be unused & new condition and be in original packaging complete with all parts & hardware to be eligible to receive full credit. All opened items will incur a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions. Freight is non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Open Box and Clearance Items:
All sales are final on open box and clearance items. No refunds or exchanges can be given.
If you have a defective item that is currently under warranty, please contact our customer service department at for assistance.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

About Nevada Sales Tax:
Nevada Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases made by customers who’s billing address or shipping address is within Nevada. Nevada Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases shipped within Nevada. This applies to all customers from other states or countries who purchase products and have these products shipped to an address within Nevada.
