The Hot August Nights Foundation was established in 2007 as the charitable arm of Hot August Nights to create an instrument for individuals and businesses who share The Foundation’s Mission to work together to provide children in-need or at-risk with a more meaningful and productive life.
The Hot August Nights Foundation strives to work with the community and business leaders to support in providing vital resources in an increasingly challenging world.
The Foundation accepts and administers private gifts from friends, volunteers, corporations, fundraisers, and other sources to support its mission.
Since its inception in 2007, the Foundation has helped more than 90 organizations by distributing over $1.5 million in grants, merchandise and scholarships.

The Hot August Nights Foundation strives to work with community, business and education leaders to impact the lives of in-need or at-risk children by providing vital resources in an increasingly challenging world.
The Foundation accepts and administers private gifts from friends, volunteers, corporations, fundraisers, and other sources to fund programs that support secondary and primary education scholarships while supporting other local assistance programs for in-need and at-risk children.
With your generous donation, the Hot August Nights Foundation continues to advance its mission in the Reno-Sparks region.
Through these programs, we’ve seen academic improvements while also changing many lives for the better. Students benefit from these programs and flourish with the opportunities given allowing them to build confidence and enjoy lifelong success.
